clean roomamazing staffeasy parking
the room was very clean. the staff was amazing and parking was easy. i found a really nice cafe nearby and would definitely stay again. the beds were comfy, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The shower did take a little while to warm up. That was the only minor issue i encountered.

A GREAT stay near Tooting Bec

The room had an iron with an ironing board. A hairdryer was also present. The staff members were FRIENDLY. I liked the quiet location a lot. It helped me rest after a long day.
The walk to the underground station took slightly longer than I expected.

Underwhelming stay. Issues with noise and room features

The noise was a real problem. there was constant banging and disturbances. also, the electricity in my room wasn't working properly. I couldn't make tea, watch tv, or charge my phone. i mentioned it to the staff, but nothing was done, so i didn't get any sleep.

The rooms offer good space and it had a pleasing decor. I found it close to the lobby and entrance. There were tea and cookies for a light snack and it worked well.
The street nearby was somewhat busy and that created a very slight disturbance.

I found our room spacious and very clean. The bathroom fixtures were modern and well-kept. i appreciated the quick response when i requested extra pillows. They arrived promptly. Daily cleaning was thorough, i noticed fresh towels each day.
The lighting in the room was on the dimmer side at all times. No matter how many lights i switched on, it remained somewhat subdued, which wasn't always ideal for reading.

The staff were generally attentive and quick to fulfill requests such as delivering a hairdryer in a very short time. Assistance with rebooking past the cancellation deadline was also provided with friendly support. The team was helpful.
